Job Description :
We are a Logistics Company seeking motivated AFMS Fleet Logistics Managers to support our Logistics delivery systems to our Clients (Lime, et al.).
An AFMS Local Market Logistics Manager ensures that the support resources to ensure the maintenance, health and safety of our client’s inventory products, parts, and maintenance systems result in moving people from one place to another in a timely, efficient, and costeffective manner.
At AFMS, Logistics services and supply chain management (batteries, charging stations, etc.) are key pieces of the supply chain puzzle, which operationally functions to plan, control, and implement the storage and flow of LIME & AFMS products, materials, information, and services.
Work Schedule
- To be negotiated with Operations Director after the position is offered
COMPENSATION:
- Up to $30 per hour plus a percentage of local net market profit plus bonuses based upon Merit
The duties of the AFMS Fleet Logistics Manager include but are not limited to the local systems development and "micromanagement" of:
- Be the face of AFMS in his her respective local market
- Ongoing field staff recruitment, motivation, training, hiring, and firing.
- Establishing a presence for AFMS on all social media platforms
- Safe and secure storage of client products
- Charging scooter batteries
- Swapping batteries
- Retrieving scooters and
- Retrieving bikes
- Deploying scooters and
- Deploying bikes and
- Any other qualifiable client owned products
Requirements:
- Have a dependable vehicle that will accommodate up to 10 scooters
- Be able to speak and understand English
- Be Legally employable in the USA and it satellites
- Be a natural leader
- Be honest
- Be able to work a flexible schedulable
- Have a positive attitude
- Have a smart phone
- Be able to lift 60 to 70 pounds repetitively
- Be able to see the big picture
